Earlier this afternoon Brixham Coastguard were contacted by South Western Ambulance Control concerning a boy of 15 who had suffered injuries near the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club, Plymouth.

Suggest you look at work by Prof Clare Wenger (Bangor I think) who looked at support given to older people in villages based on their (lack of) social support systems.
