This Order amends the Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order 2019 (S.I. 2019/527) to change the date on which that Order comes into force, from 1st October 2019 to 1st December 2019. It also makes a consequential amendment to article 43 of the Order (review: England), to change the date by which the first report under that article needs to be made, from 1st October 2024 to 1st December 2024.
This Order makes amendments to the Southern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2198) as a result of the abolition of the Borough of Poole Council, Bournemouth Borough Council and Dorset County Council (“the abolished Councilsâ€) and the creation of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council and Dorset Council (“the new Councilsâ€), pursuant to the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole (Structural Changes) Order 2018 (S.I. 2018/648).

This Order amends the commencement provision in article 1(2) of the Value Added Tax (Section 55A) (Specified Services and Excepted Supplies) Order 2019 (S.I. 2019/892) which now comes into force on the 1st October 2020 and has effect in relation to supplies made on or after that date.
These Regulations further amend the Tonnage Tax (Training Requirement) Regulations 2000 by increasing the amount of the payments which fall to be made in lieu of training and which are payable to the Maritime Training Trust. Payments are to be made in lieu of training where the training commitment of a company or group provides for such payments, or where the company or group does not provide training in accordance with the training commitment.
This Order amends the Schedule to the North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2200) to correct a co-ordinate of latitude of a point on the northern boundary of the North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation district.
