This Order is made as a consequence of a review under sections 150 and 151A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5) (“the Administration Actâ€) and includes details of the sums mentioned in those sections.
These Regulations amend the Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2005); the Child Tax Credit Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2007); the Tax Credits (Income Thresholds and Determination of Rates) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2008); the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/965); the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4); and the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7).
These Regulations amend the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/4) (“the Conduct Regulationsâ€) and come into force immediately after the coming into force of those Regulations on 1st February 2020. Regulation 24 of the Conduct Regulations sets out the cases which the Director General of the Independent Office for Police Conduct can present in a misconduct hearing or an accelerated misconduct hearing. The amendment in regulation 2 of these Regulations enables the Director General to present a case where the Director General has given a direction to the appropriate authority under paragraph 27(4) of Schedule 3 to the Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 30) to give effect to the Director General’s recommendation under paragraph 25(4C) of that Schedule to bring misconduct proceedings of a form specified.
These Regulations amend the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2018 (“the principal Regulationsâ€).
This instrument is made under Part 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 (c. 1) (“the 2020 Actâ€). It is the first instrument to be made under section 11 of that Act.
These Regulations amend the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) and corresponding provisions in the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (c. 7) (“the Actsâ€), and the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1004) (“the Contributions Regulationsâ€). The amendments have effect from 6th April 2020.
These Regulations make provision for local authorities’ financial arrangements in relation to the funding of maintained schools and providers of funded early years provision in England, for the financial year 2020-2021.
