These Regulations amend the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015 (“the 2015 Regulationsâ€). These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2020.
These Regulations amend the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013 further to the implementation by order (S.I. 2019/957) of local government reorganisation in Buckinghamshire.
These Regulations amend the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) Regulations 2009 so that the date specified for a general fund to be established is changed from 1st April 2019 to the date specified in the order made under section 7 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 as that on which the structural change comes into effect (“the reorganisation dateâ€).
