Section 9 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (c.25) applies to public service pension schemes established under that Act which require a revaluation of pensionable earnings, or a proportion of such earnings accrued as a pension, by reference to a change in prices or earnings (or both) in a given period.
This Order amends the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983 (“the Schemeâ€), which makes provision for the payment of pensions and allowances to, or in respect of, civilians who were killed or injured during the 1939-1945 World War.
This Order amends the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/517) (“the 2011 Orderâ€), which provides for benefits to be payable to, or in respect of, a person by reason of injury, illness or death caused wholly or partly, by service in the regular or reserve armed forces.
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Election of Mayor with Police and Crime Commissioner Functions) Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/448) provides for there to be a mayor of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (“the GMCAâ€), and for the mayor to exercise the functions of a police and crime commissioner for the area of the GMCA (“the areaâ€).
