This Order amends the Policy Development Grants Scheme (“the Schemeâ€) as set out in theSchedule to the Elections (Policy Development Grants Scheme) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/602). How we set standards across government
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers in section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (in particular, the deficiencies under paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (g) of section 8(2) of that Act).
This Order confers legal capacity and grants immunities and privileges to the Square Kilometre Array Observatory, its representatives, experts and members of staff.
These Regulations amend Schedule 4 to the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (c. 25). That Schedule sets out the public authorities, other than local authorities, who may exercise powers under Part 3 of that Act to obtain communications data, the statutory purposes for which the communications data may be obtained, the type of communications data which may be obtained, and the designated senior officers within those authorities who may authorise the obtaining of communications data internally in an urgent case.
These Regulations amend the Civil Legal Aid (Procedure) Regulations 2012 (“the Procedure Regulationsâ€) in relation to applications for determinations that an individual qualifies for civil legal services under sections 9 and 10 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c10) (“the Actâ€).
The Regulations amend the International Tax Compliance Regulations 2015 (“the principal Regulationsâ€) which give effect to agreements and arrangements reached between the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions to improve international tax compliance.
This Order revokes the Football Spectators (2020 UEFA European Championship Control Period) Order 2020 (S.I. 2020/11) due to the postponement of the 2020 UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) European Football Championship final tournament (“the Tournamentâ€) until 2021. The Football Spectators (2020 UEFA European Championship Control Period) Order 2020 prescribes the control period under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (“the Actâ€) for the Tournament. The control period under the Order was to begin on 7th June 2020, which is five days before the first match in the Tournament was due to take place and end when the last match played outside the United Kingdom in the Tournament is finished or cancelled. The last match outside the United Kingdom was due to be played on 4th July 2020.
This Order amends the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/661) so as to designate Brentford Community Stadium, Brentford, as a sports ground for which a safety certificate is required under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975 (c. 52).
