I would like to correct an error with dates that were provided for the transition period associated with the introduction of a visit visa requirement for Nicaragua and St Lucia in my written statement on 5 March 2026 (HLWS1382).

The correct dates are as follows: Nicaraguan and St Lucian nationals must hold an ETA and a confirmed UK travel booking on or before 15:00 GMT on 5 March 2026, with arrival in the UK no later than 15:00 BST on 16 April 2026, in order for the six-week visa-free transition period to apply.
