You are invited to a briefing call hosted by the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) to introduce additional measures relating to bluetongue (BTV) policy and diagnostic processes. The change to this process will make it quicker and easier for vets to confirm disease based on clinical symptoms alone.

The session will be chaired by Irene Cristofaro, Veterinary Director for APHA. She will be joined by Ele Brown (Deputy CVO) and Aled Edwards (APHA service owner). There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.
This follows the webinar held on Thursday 10 September and we will be discussing the most common questions raised previously. If you are unable to attend, you can access a recording of the previous webinar here: Plan, prevent and protect webinars for animal diseases - GOV.UK
